Transcending Poem by Jaycee Wilkerson

Transcending

I have a confession
Which is the the riddle
To the problem solver
To my aggression

I chose life
And I forgive all
I trade my hate
So I dont fall

My forgiveness
Is my recking ball
To knock down
This negative wall
Life is short
So Im ready to live

I understand my place
So Im ready to give
Aware and alert
Healed and not hurt

Read these words
And understand
Why I have hurt
Though this poem
Might sound paradox
Its only because my
Poetry style is unorthodox

I concentrate on my breathing
To think outside the box
In life we have to have understanding

We must know why the sun
Greets the oceans shores
Every morning
And what it would mean
If it didnt!

Why the the moon
Controls the ocean's waves
How can we know
The how

If we are mentally stuck
And dont know
How to get out? ?
The answer to life lies
In the question one
Is faced to ask

Only there will you find
True enlightment
Which is paradox

The answer that lies
Inside the question
A confession inside
The intergation

Listening to your
Inter thoughts
Will give understanding
Never imagine
