Traveler Poem by Dean Loughin

Traveler

Though the beaming light shines before me
I am hastened from the glow
Towards something strangly uncertain
yet sure that I would know

As the forces fade from my flesh
and the air becomes quite vague
I travel this road unchartered
like someone on parade

Trusting fate to guide me
every step along the way
Not knowing it would lead me
to where I am today
