Tread Softly
tread softly
on the clouds tonight,
and drink
the gentle, blue moonlight
to sway the stars behind.
pull gently
at the copper strings.
care not
for what the sunlight brings,
and listen to the wind.
sing sweetly.
dream of sweeter dreams,
where all
you see is what it seems.
no breaking hearts at night.
