Tribute To My Dad Poem by Isabella Emily

Tribute To My Dad

Memories roll down decades back
Moments I left you pop up fast
Warmth of your hug and love of your pat
Well my eyes as I long for you.

Gazing at the sky, I see the brightest star
Name it as my Dad and call him
Brighter one close may be my Mom
Though at poles when at this world.

My sweet call gets scattered in dark
May reach my Dad billion years away
As the stars are light-years apart
But I have only years to go.

You never turn up in my dreams
At no time replied to my calls
Did I hurt you so much
For which I am worried about.

I trust, you always forgave me
As the most loved ones, hurt the most
Who and what made me hanker for you
The unravelled mystery- the never ending love.
