Tried!

I would love to sing belief,
that I have given it all the best,
I would love to stare at you with much relief,
blowing my smile to avoid the rest,
pugnacious was my impeccable behavior,
yet myself could not play the duties of the savior,

I look at you as you smile,
and for a moment my heart is driven a mile,
I know my thoughts were supercilious,
and for my brain was being superstitious,
infront of you is an ignominy to your life,
but yet you opened youq arms and forgot about the knife,

with tranquil you opened your heart again,
and the obsolution declared a new life began,
Oh! do I deserve such forgiveness?
having left your beautiful face once more in sourness,
I tried, but still I feel the guilt,
you forgave me, but still I feel the guilt,

you are smilling again but I still feel the guilt,
I tried not to hurt you as I would not have survived the split,
but today I promise to keep my promises,
and never ever again should I write this synopsis,
I tried,
Yes!

Anele, I can read you've tried! One can just feel your desperate attempt of showing you care... But sometimes misunderstandings get in the way, don't it? Great poem...
