True Love Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

True Love

Rating: 5.0

True Love

Your love falls like honey
about the harmony of the country

it never suffocates
nor evaporates

commonly felt
but never visible

you are always in the background
but jump forward to help when needed
because we beg you

we invite you to our silent hour

we do our very best
but often we have failed
you pampered us every time

your ten commandments
ten most important words
to stamp in
in our memory
especially the first one is very important:
no idols besides God Almighty

this ritual is as old as Methuselah
Your love falls like honey
upon the harmony of the country

it never suffocates
nor evaporates
so palpable
Yes! sweetest taste of honey
nowhere to be found
only in your basket full of Love

and in the meditation of our silent hour

True love is unconstitutional like your mother loves you with your fault and inspite of fault. Your love for God is unconditional even he has not fulfilled some of your dreams. A great poem dear poetess. Stay always happy and blessed.

Beautiful poem penned; I enjoyed your poetic thought about true love/// o yes, come, come more; come to the nearest of heart; it's not bird to fly, it's not butterfly to fly, it's not bee to honey; it's flower, take care of it for the love
