Sometimes I ponder what life is about
Sometimes I pray to overcome doubt.
Sometimes I'm right sometimes I'm wrong
Sometimes my days are words of a song.

Sometimes I agree, sometimes I debate
Sometimes I forgive before it's too late.
Sometimes I'm foolish, sometimes I'm sad
Sometimes I'm fearful, sometimes glad.

Sometimes I suffer both shame and mistake
Sometimes I cause my own heart to break.
Sometimes I look to heaven in the night
Sometimes by faith I do what's right.

Life teaches us to follow God's will
Life teaches us to defend and fulfill.
Life teaches us the right path to take
Life teaches all the price of mistake!
