Truths Way Poem by MIchael Alan Mitchell

Truths Way

What will be we will make
What we make will forever be
Recording our existence in the shadows of life's revelry
Realizing,
True tithing
Cannot be found at the bottom of lies.
Comprising
Jig saw images of ideas colliding.
Truth providing
Insalubrious recognition of that exist is faux.
Yet our consciousness persist.
So
How do we discern
If the light is turned
on or off?
Reflecting or not.
Can we shine in it's place
Or must we wait for the implosion?
Following centuries of thoughtful erosion
Landslides of collective belief disappear in the cleansing
The ending
The beginning
Sands of time become silt in our minds
and we swim in the currents of imagination
Awaiting illumination
