Tsampa Poem by Kathup Tsering

Tsampa

Tsampa's sweet aroma
Awakens nourishment's longing

Its taste brings renewal
As its sacred energy flows through my bones

In quiet of night I wearily rest
I rise replenished and welcome the new morn
