The dairy industry is advertising that cows' milk has more protein
than almond milk. Yes... and more protein than mothers' milk.
Excess protein makes the kidneys work overtime. Carnivores have
5 times our kidney size per pound. We are the only species (with the
exception of animals to whom we give milk)

drinking the milk of other species. Most Americans eat too much protein, not too little. The female hormone residue in cows' milk causes several kinds of cancer and gives the cows excruciatingly
swollen udders.The cows get blood encrusted udders from the milking machines. Their pus (mastitis) falls into milk pails.They suffer lives of slavery and slaughter, after their babies are
pulled from them to be butchered into veal.

Cows are protein machines in reverse, taking many pounds of grain and grass and turning the food they eat into fewer pounds of milk.

Almond milk is more nonviolent, with a higher food yield per acre. Almond milk and coconut milk help to reforest the planet.
Cows' milk has several times more energy waste per pound.
