Ultimate Loneliness Poem by Sandra Feldman

Ultimate Loneliness

Once born
Alone,
You live alone
You cry alone
You die alone,
Till every last
Thorn,
You are alone.
So many people
And yet,
All of them
So alone
The solitude of living
Can even turn you,
Into cold
Sharp, edged
Stone.
