Un Plugged Poem by Jaycee Wilkerson

Un Plugged

Disconnected to the world
Needing time to see
Needing time for me
Stepping back to go forward
Openning up to look towards
Just to close my endings
An to move to my new beginnings
Reflections take place
Invisible mirror are faced
Trying to face and repare
Mistakes made all these years
Pain hidden
Fears face
Peers abandon
And tears erased
Alone to struggle
It seems like Im trapped in a bubble
No one understands
An im always fighting trouble
An evil seems to be coming in doubles
It seems like mentally
My mind has blown up
An im stuck under its rubble
I talk to god because
I know its the devil
