Unborn Poem by A Waltz For Zizi

Unborn

she came in like a thunderous storm.
the blue poured from her eyes into her tears
and it made the portrait of a terrible new creature
a creature I didn't know before. and she made sure I saw it.
she smiled at me and I knew it was time I sacrifice my pride.
time I let her know I've always been at the bottom of her heart
patiently waiting for the path to clear. My heart galloping, I rode it
until I met her arms, and then kept on, deeply into the abyss of her embrace
and there at the bottom, I found she was also waiting for me for a long time.
The calm chaos of her kiss, the softness of her sincerity whispered to me that there was still love left.
Nothing was cold or still there. Everything moved.
