Undead Poem by David Stern

Undead

Torn out from my slumber
By a bolt that summoned rain
Black billows stunned the sky
Calm repose turned into pain

You locked me for three years
Then you took my tomorrow
You judged my love as immoral
And sentenced me to sorrow

Now I am back to my slumber
Back to faked composure
Dead soul in undead body
Waiting for coffin closure
