Under This Shed
Under this shed of tree in this winter,
Grey soil dreams more in beauty veil,
Big mountains dream under this shed,
Shed of this tree is dreamy in weather.
Below mountains in this beautiful valley,
This cute town tells us about workshop,
Mountains are roofed by the leaves of tree,
Sky is clear for new vision to write more.
From far we see and capture living image,
Beauty gives fragrance of blooming in light,
Newness is sprinkled and light is sparked,
Everywhere green scene spreads its wings.
Breeze of winter does veil the moment of life,
Little coldness we feel with warmness of day,
Every building looks like princess in love,
Every soul meditates for light of dignity.

Beauty of a winter morning so nicely painted in colorful lines, a lovely poem.
Magnificent, Kumarmani. For me, this poem is all about perspective. The tree no longer occupies a place, a patch of earth....It serves to frame and hold and define all the elements around it. That tree is a centre of its universe. A great poem; a 10.
It’s a beautiful poem! The picturesque beauty of winter is very neatly expressed. Finally, the last two lines, “Every building looks like princess in love/every soul meditates for light of dignity” delve our mind into sheer tranquility and glee! Thanks dear sir for sharing! !
