This beautiful person could not see
That as much as I wanted her to be
My one and only love
Unfortunately this could not be

Pure words written like a dare
Can sometimes make one unaware
The pain that hides
In the other side

Too bad love flows and grows
Like romantic movie shows
Yet consumes the heart that glows
Unfortunately glows then dies

One wonders at this mystic mess
How a simple kiss or sweet caress
Tears out ones heart
But not from the start

Emotions rage like a winter storm
Sleepless nights leaves one forlorn
Yet hope prevails
The heart still sails
To lands unknown
To be alone
