Unfortunately...
Running to catch up,
Is not a possibility.
These times we live are speeding too fast!
If some have to ask what is going on today...
They have clearly lost their way.
And explanations will never do.
They too have been deluded!
Unfortunately...
Too many have not kept up pace.
Those are the ones who refused to see truth,
In their faces.
Those are the ones who kept away...
When they should have stepped up to the plate!
Those are the ones now ready to play ball!
Unfortunately...
Running to catch up,
Is not a possibility!
Especially when the game they wish to play,
No longer exists for them to do it!
