Unloved - Poem by Shalom Freedman

Unloved
Old
Angry
Wanting not to give up
Afraid
Disappointed in myself
I go on in my own way-

No one will ever care or know what I have done
But I know
I alone know-
And it hurts
That it is not understood
And will never be known and loved.
