Unsettled Poem by Not Long Left

Unsettled

Rating: 4.5

in times of tranquility
i feel uneasy,
for i am a eternal
pessimist,
stained from the kiss,
of all things gone wrong,
whenever a good thing happens,
a thousand strong ships
of wrong follow.
i am forever walking on egg shells,
with heavy steel capped boots.

Vincent, this is good. Your imagery is right on. Well done. Hugs to you, CJ
