Unsung Poem by Miss Grace

Unsung

Rating: 4.6

Smile doest mean that I'm happy
Laughter doesn't term me joyful
No one knows whats going on
In the heart that is so sorrowful....

All I see is black around me
A room closed without a light
My life is falling apart
And I want to cry it out tonight

I'm afraid of facing the crowd
My past has been so bad
I have not recovered yet
My days are passing out sad

I still don't know what I did wrong
To get this agony in return
My frustration is exploding
Yes, selfish world I'm done

I'm tired of fighting for what I deserve
I am tired of being stated wrong
But little does everyone know
There are more things unsung

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Not all the words we wanna say escape our lips. Some get stuck and for a long time these words remain untold and unsung.

Made a revisit. The pain of the words affect my heart, " little does everyone know There are more things unsung".. But I realise the Poetic talent of the writer. Maybe, her agonies make it sharper.. But she excels. No doubt…..

Life poses such questions before our souls time and again, with a sharp report " There are more things unsung". Very often we have no answer. When itself is a question where do we find answers! 5*s

Nicely crafted in verse with rhythmic splendour. An insightful creation.....
