In this world so cruel and gray,
God took you away.
Into the Heavens,
And up above.
In the Heavens,
They have the angel I love.
You used to sing to me,
As I was a child.
And now I see,
This world is wild.
Without you all I want to do is cry,
And wish for one more day with you.
I didn't want you to die,
Because I love you.
If I had more time,
I would spend everyday singing you a tune.
I would give up every dime,
For your life not to end so soon.
I love you so much,
And I hate the short time we had.
Those memories I now clutch,
Of what we had.
I will cherish forever,
Until I see you again.
Its goodbye now or never,
Until we meet again.
