I read my century and I shine,
But people will read me in books of life mine,
Childhood is where happiness a lot I gained
And knew I not, become matured with pain.
And now I know soon I shall go,
Option I have not any, useless saying no
And now I stop, now I quit,
No one pleased me, none heart sweet.
I kneel and join, say soft to take me there,
Wait I can't, though day's getting near,
Today I write and tomorrow I may not,
Early I shall go in the wooden coat.
I want to sink to the previous hood,
Sink so deep that today and now is mute,
Wish I sink and find no way out
And there I make everyday a joyful shout.
Life happy I experienced maximum here,
Heavy it is now, anymore can't bear,
Now I know soon I shall go,
Option I have not any, useless saying no.
Dust to dust is a must. An insightful piece of poetry nicely brought forth in good rhyme scheme with conviction. Thanks for sharing.
