Valley Courage

Coming from every walk in life
In search of love and grace
We forage in this world of strife
Then Lord, we see Your face

We feel and fall in love my God
We see and walk Your Way
But does it mean You’ll spare Your rod?
And keep life’s storms at bay

Though mountain blessings may abound
Though valleys harbour peace
Its war! Courage is truly found
In love we find release

In faith dear Lord we need to grow
Whatever life may bring
Wherever stormy winds may blow
Your praise our hearts will sing

Though knowing Christ as living Lord
Though drinking Heaven’s Dew
We still may feel death’s ice cold sword
In service of the few

For through the years in Serving Christ
That He be glorified
Many their lives have sacrificed
Many have cruelly died

Though world honours are less than rare
Blessings seem all too few
Jesus’ presence is everywhere
With strength to fight anew

By faith we live, in hope we die
Rising to life above
For guidance then we seek on high
To walk the path of love
