Vanished Poem by Amity Willows

Vanished

She walks through the rain,
The tears falling again,
Her heart is broken,
And rage is awoken.

Darkness swirls,
At the edge of her vision,
Her mind whirls,
With thoughts of revenge.

Why am I here,
She thinks to herself,
Why do I fear,
The shadows here.

Why am I running,
When there is nowhere left to go,
Why am I hiding,
When there is nowhere left to hide,
And I feel so cold inside.

Where am I going,
There is no sanctuary left,
Everyone is gone,
All have vanished

All has vanished.
