I see you waste away,
Without malice, without insanity
I can only stay
Helpless as i always was
In my own senseless vanity

I couldnt explain why
Hard though i may try
That i left you to die
A happy death-
Finally away from all that
You had once aspired.

Thought i knew you though,
When you looked me in the eye
What i couldnt understand
That this would be the last kiss goodbye
And i would be left finally
Alone in my ruthless vanity
