Waiting For My Love Poem by Tina Chugh

Waiting For My Love

I am lying on the bed,
With my eyes half asleep.
Waiting for someone to remember me,
Just before he goes to sleep.
Who would love to think about me as a hope,
And wouldn't like to miss his dreams.
The only place where he could embrace me,
Whole-heartedly, with no fear.
Where we would be lost in a crowd,
And deep in each other's eyes,
Which speaks more than words.
Waiting for him to come and tell me,
I just wanna spend my life with you.
