How could it be.
People wanting to unify.
For the purpose to have unity identified.
But can not accept diversity that qualifies,
The many who have skills in varying fields endeavored.
To then claim what is needed and wished,
Are those to lead them...
Who have less experience.
Since they would know better,
Which direction to take.
And supervise the effort.
Although...
They have been the very ones,
Incapable of listening to comprehend.
With this to understand,
Discipline to have enables them...
First to follow.
Before assuming they can supervise,
In positions that require knowing...
What it takes to lead with leadership means.
