'War For Oil' Poem by Ashesh Thapa Magar

'War For Oil'

The vision of world
Today on the way of destruction.
Atmosphere fell with explosive gases
My foot slips on the bloody soil.
It's hard to breath;
It's hard to walk.

What sovereignty, freedom and independent;
You will give...?
You; your self have killed
The world human right
(If it is;
No more needed your doll government)

You pretend;
Only name of argument
Behind it is black
So usually; you can...
Take all the oil
From my lamp
I will sit on the darkness
But I want peace and harmony.

Oh! My mum; Oh! My sis
Listen;
They've killed yours thousand and thousands
Of son and brothers
If it will be
They will kill me and hit you too.
So;
Through out your Burkha
And see the face of dictator
Of 21st century
Protest this war for that.

(Its about the war in Iraq;
Dedicated to all who are the victims of war)
(Love and trust, there will be peace)

I like how this is like the stream of thought itself. It's broken, but can be followed. I think that adds a sort of understanding and personal involvement to it. That self same trait makes it hard to read, but still it is very well done.
