Warmth Poem by Oluwaseun Ogunbiyi

Warmth

Neither the heater, nor the fire
Can give me the burn I desire
For I quiver not from the surface,
But from within, a fragile place.

But known to me a pitch I'd reach,
A graceful blend of narrow ditch
That once thrust the actual peak
The burn I seek be meek.
