The pillar stood high
The king having proud
People lying on floor
Blooded and bowed
The sun shining high
King enjoying in sun
The people crying
To have their works done
The rumbling thunder
Tearing the sky apart
King hiding in his den
And
The unsheltered people
Having their misery start
The lavish meal
Eaten by the King
The poor crying
To fill and cure empty stomachs ill
This is what we are
This is what we face
Now ask yourself
Where is our nations grace
