We Two Together Poem by zac thinker

We Two Together

We lay here on this bed,
In this place we strive to mend,
Things that had broken or had  gone astray,
So we can stay this way for another day,

Its not as easy as we make it seem,
Those jelouse eyes how we make them scream,
The way we kiss, touch, laugh, the way our eyes must beam,
No its not easy but only the way we make it seem,
Its worth it every day to live this dream,

And ever night before i rest,
And ever day before we rise,
How we would look into each others eyes,
We could see sweet stories that told no lies,
And i love her, i hate to see her cry,

So here she stays by my side,
Here we lay with joy and pride,
Of things weve worked for,
Things that worked cause we both have tried,
And now here we dream of times to come by.
