Web Of Lies

Web of lies
Weave their way through and through people
Like a flu that never goes away, it spreads from person to person
With the web and their lies they connive, cheat and steal
This is a never ending circle
That leaves people hurt and broken hearted, hated, judged and the list goes on
Why do we do this?
No one knows
This is the web of lies
A never ending circle

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Browning

After
by Robert Browning

Take the cloak from his face, and at first
Let the corpse do its worst!

How he lies in his rights of a man!
Death has done all death can.
