Welcome Miss Universe Candidates
From the Far east lies the land of islands.
Philippines
situated in the western pacific ocean
tropical country have only two season
Dry and Wet season(summer and rainy)
from north to south east to west
thousand of islands catches your eyes
Breathtaking views from afar
Gigantic as you get closer
Amazing wonders of nature
7,100 islands when it's high tide
7,107 islands when it's low tide.
Now as we host the 65th Miss Universe beauty pageant
We welcomed 89 gorgeous ladies
from around the world.
But before the awaited event
All the ladies visited different cities
experienced the Filipino culture and tradition
we greeted them with our utmost accommodation.
Two days from now (Jan.31,2017) 8: 00 in the morning the world is watching us.
Who will bring home the crown.
We also welcome visitors from different countries.
We hope we reach to your expectation.
Mabuhay! Maraming salamat po!

i guess the ocean level is subsiding or the counters are more (OR less) accurate than in the past! ! or volcanoes have made more islands! and, Ging, if you visited northern California, i would say to you: Mabuhay! bri :)
