Welcome To My Book Club

Welcome to my book Club
I've signed you up today
We're going to read a chapter of the Bible
And then we're going to pray
Right now you're just imaginary
But you can become reality
Lets begin in the new testament
Come read along with me

The gospel of John my favourite
Showing that Christ is God
How the Creator became our Saviour
How that all He did was good
How His love for mankind took Him
To a Cross at Calvary
Where He shed His blood for our sins
To offer us a life of true liberty

I'm focused in my reading
To think as I go along
Capturing every word that this chapter says
For I don't want to get it wrong
And meditate as my mind embraces
The beginning of the work of God
With a prayer dear Lord help meunderstand
For You've recorded this for my good...
