'' We've Had Enough '' Poem by Bri Mar

'' We've Had Enough ''

Budgets come, budgets go,
How are their public defined?
People are dumb, they won't know,
We're going to rob them blind.

A millionaire trying to explain,
He knows we're suffering strife,
In reality its just insane,
What does he know about life?

Tax by stealth, then deny,
Your taxes have increased,
Steal your wealth, to the max,
Until you are deceased.

It will cause stress, among the poor,
They'll shout, it isn't fair,
Though in a mess, we'll reassure,
Their pennies they must share.

Utility bills rise, it's only fitting,
The nation must, en masse,
Obey our lies, then get knitting,
It will save a lot of brass.

Starve to death, if you so choose,
That's no fault of ours,
Your final breath, means you lose,
We'll send you a bunch of flowers.

What a state, our country's in,
Caused by a sick elite,
While we lose all, they sit and grin,
We're forced to admit defeat.

There is no doubt, it's not a lie,
People are living in fear,
Those without, will surely die,
It's time we made it clear.

The politicians, who make us frown,
Are put in place by us,
Obey our conditions, or be brought down,
It's time to kick up a fuss.

They're on the take, from those who pay,
Yes, I do mean you,
For their mistakes, we accept affray,
It's why, they do what they do.

We can't sit back and let them dictate,
To survive is getting tough,
We must attack, then liberate,
Show them,

‘' We've Had Enough ‘'
