What Can I Do Poem by Bonnie B Long

What Can I Do

What can I do to make amends?
I am at my wit’s ends
I know I said I’d stay away
I don’t think I can do it for one more day

I love you, you know in more ways than one
You are my shining sun
I miss hearing your sexy voice
But then I guess I have no choice

I said I’d stay away and I’m trying
But each day inside more of me is dieing
I try so that I won’t contact you
It’s so hard when I love you

I need to feel you by my side
Taking me along for the ride
Touching me and holding me close
So I can see that your love shows

Whether its friendship or it is love
This feeling comes from up above
I’m hoping that our connection isn’t broken
Now that I, am finally woken.
