It was a cold day,
I slipped the Gadget into my purse,
I checked to see if anyone had seen, If I was safe?
Clear.
I made for the exit,
Avoiding eye contact with everyone around,
Cold sweat ran down my forehead,
I was out of the shop,
I made it.
'Wait a minute Ms', the security guard called,
my heart beat grew faster,
my breathing was out of control,
My Head was spinning.
My legs took control,
I sprinted towards the bus stop,
Ran through the open road,
BANG! ! !
Everything became hazy,
a croud gathered around me,
'Call the hospital', they screamed,
'Are you OK', they asked.
I was confused,
I couldnt answer,
I recognised a voice,
The security guard,
'Ms, you dropped your bus pass'
What goes around, Comes around
