What Has Covid-19 Taught Us? Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

What Has Covid-19 Taught Us?

Stay
Wherever you are,
Stay indoors,
Go you not out
Unnecessarily.

Pray from your house,
The house the place of God,
God in your heart.

Try to extend a helping hand
To the needy and poor,
To those who need it.

Maintain the civic sense
Thinking about health and hygiene,
Cleanliness.

The whole world is your home,
The whole world a big family,
Take care of.

There is no religion greater than service,
Service to man,
There is no religion greater than this humanity.

Life is not as you think,
Religion is not religion as you think of,
Philosophy is not philosophy.

Free from humdrum, din and bustle
Lead you apeaceful life,
A life of quietude and healthy living.
