What I Find Obnoxious Poem by Jon Yttri

What I Find Obnoxious

1. Seeing half-eaten food lying on the sidewalk.
2. Rap music played at full blast from cars waiting for a traffic light to change.
3. People expressing their political views by ending every sentence
with an exclamation point.
4. Public buildings located on the outskirts of a town or city.
5. Automobiles with deliberately loud mufflers.
6. Hearing people having personal conversations on their cell phones.
7. Hats, t-shirts, and bumper stickers with obscene language.
8. Pop-up ads on the internet that are impossible to eliminate.
9. Modern classical music.
10. Popular songs with unimaginative lyrics.
11. People talking gross while others are eating, and then condemning
the practice.
12. People that envy the homeless who have never experienced
homelessness.
13. People who vote for a woman or minority for that reason alone.
14. The practice of not distinguishing between a town that's a suburb
and one that's on its own.
15. People rooting for an athletic team because that team's more
likely to win.
