What Is Considered As A Bit Of Straw?
For an extremely generous man,
the valuable gold is considered as a bit of straw!
For a veteran warrior,
the death in the battle field is considered as a bit of straw!
For the learned knowledgeable persons,
even the beautiful women are considered as the bits of straw!
For the saint who gave up the family life,
the powerful king too is considered as a bit of straw!

யாருக்கு எது துரும்பு? - பலவிகற்ப இன்னிசை வெண்பா
போந்த உதாரனுக்குப் பொன்துரும்பு சூரனுக்குச்
சேர்ந்த மரணம் சிறுதுரும்பு - ஆய்ந்த
அறிவோர்க்கு நாரிய ரும்துரும்பாம் இல்லத்
துறவியர்க்கு வேந்தன் துரும்பு.66 - ஔவையார்
