What Onlyyou Can Do Poem by Alyssa Daniel

What Onlyyou Can Do

I listen to what others say
Thinking it's right, their way.

To play by the book,
Pull off a certain look.

It's not the real me
I try to get others to see,

That even though we may suffer,
You take what we have to offer,
And that there is no other.

That only you
Can show us what to do.

Even when filled with doubt.
And feel there's no way out.

That you will always be there.
And that we can always share,

What's deep inside.
You're always there when we cried.

That even though we may suffer
You take what we have to offer
And that there is no other.

You're the one we call comforter,
Whom we call our shelter.

When we think no one will care
You're always gonna be there.

Although we may act up,
You never overfill our cup.

Your pick us up when we're sad.
The awesome one whom some call dad.

That even though we may suffer,
You take what we have to offfer,
And that there is NO OTHER! ! !
