When did it begin?
When those first sparks came through?
Is it when you came upon me suddenly, without warning?


Is it when you teased me and said you fancied me?
Causing my world as I knew it to change into something... splendid
Two hearts began to fall in step with one another
like a song where the music and lyrics seem perfectly together.

Yet, I could hardly take you in at first,
so tense when I’m with you,
I was caught by shyly in your sweet words
Responding breathlessly and my eyes can’t look at you.

Oh, those wonderful days, those days with thrill
when every thought, every word we said
were filled with something, Intense!


Consuming our body and soul
with desire so willing, so sharp that the mind could
think only of being as one!

Just when did it begin?
Feelings of infatuation fell deeply
Deep as it can be, that goes on and on
unfolds into something...more?
Something real and honest
happiness of our own

Yes, there came a moment when this complicated heart
began to beat with a strange, yet steady rhythm
and, it was then that I knew...

That I once heart you ;)
