If anyone knew what was going on in my life would they help me up off the ground and onto my feet.

Who's gonna save me from me. Who's gonna help me when I go insane. Who's gonna save me when I fall.

Everyone tells me that I got it all. The life, the mother..the money. It's not like that at all.I have nothing now...Sometimes everything doesn't mean a single thing.

Who's gonna be by my side when I cry. Can anybody hear me. I'm so alone. Seems like my world crashed yesterday. one day I 'm perfectly happy now all I feel like doing is crying.
Whose gonna save me when I fall..

Every time I try to be happy more bad news heads my way.
Does anyone one care that I'm stuck in a hole.
Who's gonna save me from me. Who's gonna help me when I go insane. Who's gonna save me when I fall.

Everyone sees a smile on my face but they don't see behind my eyes. Behind my eyes is nothing but tears waiting to fall. Everyone thinks I have a good life.. If I have such a good life why is this happening to me..

No one will ever understand what I'm going through.. Its so tough being me. All I wanna do is cry..crying cuz I have no one...crying cause most of my loved ones has died. I am stuck by myself in a world with nothing.
