When I Saw Her

when I saw her, she seemed to me like...
like a blooming rose;
like a poet's dream;
like a glowing ray of light;
like a deer in the forest;
like a moonlit night;
like a soft word;

when I saw her, she seemed to me like...
like a candle burning in the temple.
like the beauty of the morning;
like winter sunshine
like a note from the lute;
like the essence of all color;
like a twisting vine;

when I saw her, she seemed to me like...
like the play of waves;
like a cool scented wind.
like a dancing feather;
like a fairy melody;
like a refreshing mist;
like a baby's smile;

when I saw her, she seemed to me like...
like raining in the desert;
like a beautiful monument;
like a wish come true;
like a child's dream;
like a melodious music;
like a divine blessing;
