When The Lonely People Come To Your House Poem by RIC BASTASA

When The Lonely People Come To Your House

remember
misery seeks
company

sorrow shared
is half the
sorrow

happiness shared
is twice
as many

so welcome all
the lonely people
into your house
a lonely soul
taking shelter into
your happy soul
is not the lonely soul
anymore

loneliness adopted
becomes a happy kid.

Beneficent wisdom here, simply and lyrically related.
