When You Unleash The Dogs That Early Morning Poem by RIC BASTASA

When You Unleash The Dogs That Early Morning

when you unleash the dogs
that early morning having first
tasted what freedom means

they rush outside like gaming
horses without jockeys go
hurriedly to the road leading

to the public plaza and there
drench the bushes with their

squirting fountains of urine.
