Which Way It Went Poem by Raj Arumugam

Which Way It Went

We do not know
which way it went;
lost, or still with us
which way it goes

We do not know
how it transpired;
memory tells one story
it offers reassurance

but delusion sneers outside -
its face pressed against
the window
