While It Last Poem by jordan russell

While It Last

hands intertwined
hearts beating fast
wondering how long this can last

a smile cross my face
a smirk across yours
and a questioning look on all of theirs

that don't know what we do
they just know theres me and theres you

i'll tell you alittle secret
are you ready to hear
let me whisper it in your ear

love is presious
it's not kind
savor the little moments because you can't rewind

it's like a roller coster
it goes by fast so hang on while it last
