In the depths of the mind, where thoughts reside,
Mental health takes us on a turbulent ride.
A journey of emotions, both high and low,
But remember, my friend, you're not alone in this show.
When darkness descends and clouds fill the sky,
Hold on tight, for hope is nigh.
Reach out for support, let your voice be heard,
For healing begins when your feelings are shared.
Through the storms of anxiety, let courage guide,
Embrace the strength within, let it be your pride.
Take a breath, find solace in each passing day,
Know that you're strong, in your own unique way.
Depression may knock, but it won't define,
You're a warrior, capable of a brilliant shine.
Seek out the light, in a friend's caring smile,
Together, we'll conquer the darkest trial.
Self-care is the anthem, a melody so sweet,
Nurture your soul, let your heart find its beat.
Indulge in simple joys, like a warm cup of tea,
Or a walk in nature, setting your spirit free.
Remember, dear one, it's okay to not be okay,
But never forget, there's a brighter tomorrow on its way.
Hold onto hope, for it's a powerful force,
And with love and support, you'll find your course.
So let this rhyme be a reminder, my dear,
That mental health matters, loud and clear.
You're worthy, you're strong, and you're not alone,
Together, we'll create a world where compassion is known.
five ***** and to my 'favorites', ....BUT, though 'it's okay to not be okay' is a catchy saying and may act as a support for some with mental problems, I say that 'not being okay is not the way to a better life', depending on HOW & HOW MUCH one is NOT OK.

The ***** stars are for much of sarah's message, and for her rhyming and her 'good grammar'! ! I will try to remember to look at more of her poems later. Maybe following her (on PH that is) will help to remind me. ;) bri
