Whispers of Yesterday

  Whispers of yesterday
float on the mist
The moon, a lonely
eye reflecting on
blackened waves,
that gently caress
untouched beaches
of rocks and stone.
Voices from the past
laughter, joy.
Lost in clouds that
drift across a
fading horizon.
